The most common withdrawal symptoms of marijuana are lack of appetite, depression, anxiety, headaches, increase in aggression, and restlessness. Nothing that is too serious at all.
Generally it can take anywhere from 1-2 months to get completely out of your system. For you it would most likely be 2 full months seeing that you smoked everyday.
I want to say it’s about a month for it to completely clear your system, but I’m not sure on that.
Other than an urge to smoke, I don’t think there are a lot of withdrawal effects. It’s understandable that you would have an urge to smoke since it’s been part of your lifestyle every day. Harsher drugs like heroin and meth are much more difficult to break the addiction from. And even alcoholics can have some pretty severe withdrawal symptoms. As far as marijuana withdrawal symtoms go, they seem pretty benign…irritability, headaches, depression, insomnia. They should ease up within a couple weeks, however, I’ve never smoked, so I can’t say from personal experience. Regardless, the fact you won’t be harming your body anymore is a good reason to try to quit, even though it will probably suck at first!
God people are STUPID.
there are zero physical withdrawal symptoms.
you might feel out of it and irritated if you are a heavy heavy smoker.
Theer are withdrawal symptoms from marijuana but they vary widely from person to person and are typically quite mild.
The ones i hear most people complain of is either insomnia or really weird vivid dreams and occasionally irritability.
What really gives you the ‘urges’ though is nothing physical at all. These are not cigarettes there is no nicotine or equivalent chemical in pot. The reason you get the arges is that you are psychologically addicted to smoking.
Just as people get addicted to gambling, sex and many other behavoural addictions so to with weed.
Once you understand that it is easy.
As for getting it out of your system … if you do a detox and exercise a lot it will go faster but usually a up to a month if you were a heavy smoker or a few weeks if you were more infequent.
THC is stored in fat cells so exercise helps release them quicker, also .. water will help .. lots of it!
