		<description>All those answers are true,.. I smoked for a good 10 years,..then stopped just like that. It&#039;s doable and not that hard process if you do it right.

For me it was the first weeks that was the hardest.
My mind was telling me &#039;&#039;wouldn&#039;t it be great if we get high?&#039;&#039; but that&#039;s because i was used of doing something on a daily base, so your body gets accustomed to that (kinda like drinking coffee in the morning), I never got sick or had any attacks from wanting it, i just made sure i wasn&#039;t around weed parafilia or friends that smokes it, my temptation was cut by 90%. It usuallly takes up to 3 weeks to get over it.

Stop hanging around friends who do smokes it was actually the hardest thing for me, luckily my best friend also got his girl friend knock-up so he stopped smoking aswell,...

Really its just breaking a habit, you get over it and find other things...
But you dont get addicted to it, coffee is a real pain to get off ov.</description>
