gone cold turkey of drugs and alcahol how long till withdrawals stop?

2 days ago i quit cold turkey from ciggarettes, alcahol and marijuana. But now im feeling like crap, light headed, bit tired at times and the chills here and there. i also find it hard to sleep because ill wake up sweating and freaking out. how long do withdrawals take. i want to be healthy and normal again. any advice would be awesome. thanks much
