I just quit smoking it, but the last time I smoked was last night, so is there any withdrawal that I will have to deal with?

As far as pot goes…the worst “symptoms” are basically just psychological…and so it’s about mind over matter. I know plenty of people who have smoked and quit cold turkey..some who do it on and off..and that’s the only difficult issue. Sometimes your appetite will decrease. Especially if you were at a point where you could only eat well if you were high. You can always try a natural anxiety remedy just to keep you chilled out and think about it less. Try 5-HTP…it’s the amino acid tryptophan..100% natural, and it actually boosts your mood and makes you less stressed by increasing seritonin levels. And unlike most natural remedies, it’s not one of those things you have to take all the time or do all the time. The dose is adjusted to your liking..Usually about 100mg. It can also help you sleep, but when taken during the day it will not at all make you feel tired which is nice! Hope this helps you out and good luck to you ;)

based on my experience smoking marijuana and quit abruptly has no withdrawal side effects its only a matter of controlling yourself.
